You’ll discover tactics that are doable for small to midsized organizations, with hands-on activities to help you to start building your revenue immediately. You’ll spend time exploring marketing and program activities that you are most likely already doing so that you can expand to a donor audience.
You’ll be encouraged to do a time audit to understand the ROI of your development responsibilities better and to help you make informed decisions on the best use of your time. And speaking of time, we’ll leave some for an exercise that will allow you to create a “stop, start, and continue” plan that you can implement to take action right away.
