Lauren leads the strategic and business planning practice at Schultz & Williams. With expertise in stakeholder relations, team leadership, research and facilitation for strategic decision-making, Lauren and her team provide clients with a roadmap to achieve their goals through highly engaging, inclusive, and iterative processes.
Lauren’s background includes strategic planning and landscape analysis for nonprofit and public sector organizations in the social services, arts & culture, environmental, workforce development, economic development, and tourism sectors. Her twelve years of experience working for nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area gives her an insider view of the challenges and changing needs that nonprofits face each year, from funding constraints to mission drift to adverse environmental conditions. Lauren has a Masters degree in Public Adminstration from the University of Pennsylvania.
