Wendy McGrady has more than 35 years of development and marketing experience. As executive vice president and chief operating officer at The Curtis Group, Wendy works with each of her clients to determine their unique needs and strategy. Her years of experience and expertise in relationship building make her a valuable partner to her clients and leader of The Curtis Group team. Wendy’s expertise includes donor and volunteer leadership development, major gift solicitation strategy and senior leadership coaching. Wendy has served on numerous boards and been recognized with several professional achievement awards. She currently serves as the Chair of the Giving USA Foundation, which annually produces the nation’s longest running, most comprehensive report on philanthropy as well as other special reports on key topics such as Donor-Advised Funds and Legacy Giving.
