Kerry is dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations thrive by achieving sustainable revenue and thriving teams. After over 15 years of experience working inside organizations like the American Diabetes Association and Assembly Global, Kerry founded Incubate Growth Consulting to support clients in understanding their donor markets, refining fundraising strategies, and developing teams through leadership coaching and team trainings to build internal capacity and ensure revenue growth.
Kerry holds an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for Sitar Arts Center and getting outside for hikes, bikes and paddles as much as possible.
