Following GoFundMe’s acquisition of Classy and the launch of GoFundMe, she has played a key role in uniting personal and nonprofit fundraising to expand impact.
Throughout her tenure, Shanna has helped shape how technology drives social good, contributing to GoFundMe’s facilitation of over $40 billion in giving. With experience spanning customer success, product, and research, she brings a deep, holistic understanding of nonprofit needs. Today, she leads efforts to ensure nonprofit partners have the tools, insights, and support to maximize their impact across the entire GoFundMe ecosystem.
