Kelsey Luchey is the Senior Director of Fundraising Strategy and Operations at Shatterproof, working on fundraising campaign development, event support, fundraising strategy, communications, and execution for the peer-to-peer team.

Kelsey has dedicated the majority of her professional career to the nonprofit space, working to strengthen community relationships, execute fundraising events, and evaluate the efficiencies of programs. Before joining Shatterproof, Kelsey worked for a variety of nonprofit organizations to support fundraising initiatives and events across the Maryland and D.C. markets. She holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Baltimore, and has focused her work on organizations with strong missions where she can make a meaningful impact in the community she serves.
