Gabrielle is the Development Operations Lead at Movement 4 Black Lives Inc. (M4BL), where she supports the organization’s development infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability and impact. Passionate about building strong foundations for organizations and movements, Gabrielle has a knack for shaping efficient operations, honed during her time as the first person to hold a development operations role at the ACLU of Louisiana. At M4BL, Gabrielle supports the major gift program as part of her role, using cutting-edge wealth data and predictive modeling to strengthen engagement with supporters. She also played a pivotal role in M4BL’s offboarding from its fiscal sponsor, setting the stage for the organization’s future independence.
Outside of her work, Gabrielle loves traveling to explore new food scenes and keeping up with the latest skincare trends. She calls New Orleans home, where she lives with her partner, Suzzette and their adorable Yorkie, Moriah. In her upcoming session, "Building a Culture of Philanthropy at a Young Organization," Gabrielle will share how M4BL has built its major gift program from the ground up and the innovative tools, like Windfall, they’re using to secure long-term support.
