Michael is the Co-Founder of ZenterPrize, a nonprofit technology company that combines the retention power of weekly prize draws with sustainer giving. He also co-founded BriteVox, an international face-to-face fundraising agency based in San Diego, with a team of over 1,000 fundraisers in the US and the UK.

Originally from the UK, Michael has over 25 years of experience building fundraising teams and has worked extensively in the UK, Germany, the US, and other countries, witnessing the evolution of face-to-face fundraising into a global powerhouse.

Known for his mantra, "what gets measured, gets accomplished," Michael emphasizes using data to drive more effective fundraising and identify trends shaping the industry. As an innovator, he prioritizes action over perfection, continually seeking ways to expand the reach of fundraising efforts.

Since 2018, Michael has been actively involved with the Professional Face to Face Fundraising Association (PFFA) and was elected to its Board of Directors in 2022.
