Mike DeFlavia

Lautman Maska Neill & Company

Mike DeFlavia has held several production and strategy positions in both the nonprofit and commercial sectors since 1998. Mike joined the team at Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 2008 and is currently a Vice President.

In addition to acting as production lead on multiple accounts, Mike helps train and guide a 13-person Production Department and helps set the strategic plan and guide the company as a member of Lautman’s Leadership Team.

Mike is a member of the DMAW and dedicates is time and talents to the industry having served eight years on the Board of the DMAW including as President in 2013. He was a tri-chair for two conferences in 2018 and 2019 for what was then the DMA Nonprofit Federation (now ANA).

In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his friends poolside at his Rehoboth Beach, DE home and volunteers for CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, for which he currently serves on the Board.
