Evan is a seasoned fundraising professional with over a decade of experience in higher education and nonprofit development, currently serving as Associate Director of Membership at Trust for Public Land. In this role, he leads TPL’s offline direct response programs which generate the majority of revenue and donorship for a young and developing membership program, while collaborating across teams to integrate strategic, multi-channel fundraising efforts. Prior to joining TPL, Evan held several leadership positions at the University of Georgia, including as Senior Director of Annual & Special Giving, where he managed a $20 million annual giving program and implemented institution-wide strategies to centralize and enhance donor engagement. His career is marked by a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, omni-channel marketing, and stakeholder collaboration. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia.
