She is a strategic, results-oriented leader rooted in data and the art and science of direct response fundraising. Fueled by her passion for change, Tracy has earned deservedly progressive roles in animal/nature conservation and healthcare fundraising organizations. Currently, Tracy is the CEO at Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health where she has spent the last 2+ years reimagining the Foundation through her passion for mental health advocacy and vision to ignite change at a time when the need for mental health care is at an unprecedented high.
